Reservation & Refund Policy

Check-in time (for Tarapith, Darjeeling) is 12 PM & check-out time is 11 AM. Check-in time for (Puri) is 10 AM, & check-out time is 8 AM. Check-in time (for Mandarmoni, Kolaghat, Taki, Sundarban, Ajodhya Hills, Mayapur, Susunia, Mukutmanipur & Joypur Forest) is 1 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.

If our check-in/out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly. We may charge a compulsory gala dinner/lunch supplement on Durga Puja/Christmas/New Year’s event, or other festive periods. Cancellation or alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your check-in date. Kindly also refer to our reservation/cancellation or amendment policy.

• We are an adult couple-friendly hotel with valid photo IDs (both should be above 21+ years as per law).
• Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof with you for the check-in procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity card.
• The credit/debit card holder should be one of the travellers, if you have booked with us using any one of the latter.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error. Breakfast timings are 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM; henceforth, all requests will be chargeable.

Cancellation Charge: For Online and Offline Booking

• Less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date & time: No refund
• More than 72 hours prior to the arrival date & time: 30% of the total tariff will be charged as a cancellation charge.
• Refund within 7-5 working days maximum
• Blackout dates policy: 15-Aug, Durga puja days, 2-Oct, Christmas 25-Dec, NYE 31-Dec, 1 & 2-Jan as 'Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable'.

Any amendment more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date & time, a 30% amendment charge is applicable on the total tariff as per availability & then the applicable rate of the revised date. No amendment will be allowed less than 72 hours prior to the check-in date & time.

* Pets allowed in Sundarban (except during forest safari),  Ajodhya Hills, Taki, Kolaghat, Joypur Forest, Mayapur, Susunia, Mukutmanipur and Mandarmoni only @ 999 + GST per night.
